These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website stratos.holdings (the “Site”), operated by Stratos Holdings Group Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, with principal office at 8 The Green, STE B, Dover, DE 19901 (“Stratos Holdings,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site.

The names “Stratos Holdings” and “Stratos Holdings Group” are marks of Stratos Holdings Group Inc. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view and to print extracts for personal use. All other rights are reserved.
4. Third-party content
The Site may link to or embed third-party content (for example, the Google Maps embed on the Contact page). We do not control those third parties and accept no responsibility for them. Their use is governed by their own terms and policies.

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published at stratos.holdings/terms.html at the time of your visit. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms, the Site, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them — including non-contractual disputes — are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, for any action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.
